On the 8th of august 2026 I bought AED 50 nonstop data bundle, since then I can't use it to do anything even if I send normal text message it takes too long before it will be delivered, I tried to reach out to the customer support but if I call there's no option to speak to a customer service personnel, I filled out your online form but no reply yet, this is very bad 😞, I've regretted for buying this offer.

Absolutely pathetic service. The Internet is useless—full signal but data randomly stops working again and again. Packs are expensive for such terrible service, and customer support is practically useless. I regret using FIVE. One of the worst SIM/network experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Very poor experience with your Camp Data plans. The plan promises unlimited data within the specified camp location and 1 GB/day outside it. However, even while I am in the exact covered location, the unlimited data does not work properly. The system first consumes my 1 GB daily data and then sometimes provides unlimited data.I also receive SMS notifications saying I am outside the coverage area when I am actually within it. To make things worse, customer support is very difficult to reach
